Electrical Production Supervisor

with proven experience in complete project management, from the tendering phase through to final delivery. The candidate will be responsible for the technical and operational coordination of production activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, costs, quality standards, and current regulations.

Responsabilities

Preparation of technical/commercial proposals Analysis of specific technical plant requirements, functional and construction diagrams Feasibility analysis and production planning for the switchboard department Technical review of acquired orders and verification of contractual fulfillments Development of the product bill of materials and related cost estimates Development of operational budgets derived from the acquisition budget, and re-analysis of costs for materials and services Cost control of workforce and management of department human resources Drafting of RFQs (Requests for Quotation) for materials and subcontractors (third parties), including technical specifications and disciplinary documents Monitoring of the technical development of the project and its implementation Completion of material approval forms and related technical documentation to support suppliers Supervision of work progress and preparation of progress reports (SAL) Coordination and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) with the client Preparation of final product delivery activities Required Skills

Degree in electrical engineering and/or industrial electrical technician qualification At least 5 years of experience in the production of electrical switchboards, wiring, and testing Knowledge and application of the integrated quality, safety, and environmental management system for project and/or product management Knowledge of safety regulations and production management Ability to organize and plan production Excellent knowledge of electrical, functional, and construction diagrams Good proficiency with electrical CAD software Coordination, leadership, and team management skills Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability Operational independence, flexibility, and team management skills What we offer
