EMEA Finance Ops Lean Leader | Automation & Improvement

Experteer Italy seeks a senior finance operations professional to lead Lean-based improvements across CFOps, including close, forecasting, RevRec, and project finance. The role aims to reduce cadence risk and remove manual workarounds while preserving control and auditability. You will partner with BP, Deal Desk, and COE to streamline handoffs, translate processes into scalable, system-based solutions with SAP and finance systems, and build a repeatable improvement pipeline.
