Engineering Manager – Solar PV & BESS Delivery (Italy)

OXBO is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Milan office to oversee engineering activities in utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The successful candidate will manage interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support project development from inception through execution.

Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience, advanced AutoCAD skills, and a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering. Fluency in English is essential, with Italian language skills being a plus.
