Overview
In this role you will support environmental design across sites in Italy, applying risk analysis and soil characterization to guide remediation and design phases. You'll collaborate with a technical team to analyze data, prepare technical reports, and help shape remediation plans. The position sits within Arcadis' mission to deliver sustainable solutions and meaningful impact, providing hands‑on opportunities across multidisciplinary projects. You will work in a dynamic, cross-country setting that values expertise and proactive problem‑solving.

Responsibilities
- Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent qualification
- About 2-4 years of experience in the role
- Basic knowledge of environmental regulations (DLgs.152/06) and workplace safety laws (DLgs.81/08)
- Excellent Italian language competency (C1) and English (B2)
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
