ResponsibilitiesAs a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience.About TeamThe EU Marketing Team for TikTok Shop communicates to Shoppers, Creators and Sellers and ensures more people know about TikTok Shop.Intro To RoleThe EU Marketing Intern will hold a central role in shaping our brand's narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across all B2B channels and countries as well as the timely delivery of assets in coordinating mostly B2B marketing projects across Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, operate hands‑on and understand that building the future means you need to be one step ahead.Coordination SupportSupport to oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processesSupport local special project completion (in‑person or virtual events)Support with documentation and reportingDevelop into first POC for design and copyContent ManagementLinkedIn content management across countriesEnsure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audienceCoordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative teamAnalysis and ReportingResponsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking content performance on an ad‑hoc basis (will increase over time)QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProficient in both English and Spanish to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the UK and Spanish marketsProven experience in Marketing coordination or Marketing management incl. creative brief management, asset production, documentationAnalytical skills and KPI‑driven mindsetExceptional written and communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management across levelsVery organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pacePreferred QualificationsIn‑depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practicesLinkedIn experienceProficiency in content creation tools and platformsExperience in a start‑up environmentJob InformationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short‑form mobile video.
