Role Overview
Join Euronext Clearing as a Clearing Client Support Manager. You will play a pivotal role in leading the Client Support function, ensuring high-quality operational and technical support to clearing members across all asset classes. As part of Euronext Clearing, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, operational resilience, and continuous improvement of post‑trading processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Client Support team, ensuring effective and timely resolution of client queries and incidents across all asset classes.
- Act as the main point of contact for clearing members, providing operational and technical support throughout the post‑trading lifecycle.
- Monitor service levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Risk, IT, and Product teams to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
- Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in post‑trading, clearing, or client support within a financial institution or market infrastructure, including exposure to client‑facing roles.
- Solid understanding of post‑trading processes and their operational impact.
- Proven experience in client‑facing and/or operational support roles with strong client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced and regulated environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
