The position ensures that every event supports Nadara’s brand identity, business objectives, and stakeholder engagement strategy. Provide support in leading key objectives of the Events Strategy, balancing the supervision of event organization with hands‑on duties. This person will bring creativity and clarity to often complex messaging with enthusiasm. Role and ResponsibilitiesBeing part of an exciting and dynamic role that involves managing multiple events in a fast‑paced environment. Execute and coordinate end‑to‑end event activities, including the management of logistics and suppliers. Strong collaboration in developing event concepts, meeting timelines, managing process documentation, and supporting budget tracking and administrative tasks for events and sponsorships. Lead on‑site execution. Collaborate with Branding, Internal Communications, and Digital teams. Support content creation for Linked In, website, Share Point, Viva Engage. Coordinate speakers, VIP guests, partners, and stakeholders. Collect and analyse event data, using agreed KPIs. Ensure compliance with HSQE standards.Qualifications And ExperienceDegree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with an international background. Experience and comfort with working closely in consultation with senior stakeholders and agencies. Able to provide communication advice, influence and make recommendations. Comfort prioritising workloads to meet organisational objectives. Experience in multilingual environments.Preferred SkillsStrong creative skills, with excellent attention to detail. Analytical and data-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to think on your feet. Proactive, agile, and solutions‑oriented approach. Solid event planning and organisational skills. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and the full Microsoft 365 Suite.Will liaise withStaff members of all business units globally. External consultants and suppliers. Senior management.
