We are looking for a sharp, proactive and highly reliable recent graduate to support senior leadership in a fast-paced international environment across luxury travel, private mobility, private aviation and real estate services. This is not a traditional assistant position. It is a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to work closely with top management, learn fast, take ownership and be involved in business-critical priorities across multiple areas. You will act as a trusted support to the CEO and leadership team, helping manage priorities, coordinate activities and ensure that key tasks move forward with speed, accuracy and discretion. What you will do You will support the leadership team across a wide range of activities, including: • Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s agenda • Coordinating meetings, travel and international logistics in a premium international context • Supporting cross-functional activities across operations, marketing, legal and business development • Preparing documents, presentations, reports and executive summaries • Managing confidential communications and high-level stakeholder interactions • Following up on key priorities, deadlines and action points • Liaising with internal teams, external partners and advisors across different countries • Supporting the organization of events, meetings and international activities • Helping improve day-to-day operational efficiency • Supporting business activities connected to luxury travel, private aviation, private mobility and real estate services Who we are looking for We are looking for a smart, organized, discreet and highly adaptable recent graduate who is ready to start their career in a demanding, international and entrepreneurial environment. Flexibility, ownership, discretion and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Must-have requirements • Fluency in Italian, English and French • Active VAT number / freelance status, or willingness to open one if required • Strong organizational and communication skills Applications without fluency in Italian, English and French will not be considered.
