In this Medical Advisor role, you translate the global medical affairs strategy into country-specific medical activity plans, aligning with regional healthcare systems and disease landscapes. You act as a dermatology-focused scientific expert, engaging clinicians and KOLs to inform strategy and support the clinical program. You lead medical education and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive medical insights, research, and compliance across regions. This role offers impact through shaping education, clinical research support, and evidence-based medical communications within a fast-paced environment.

• Translate global medical affairs goals into country-specific activity plans
• Engage with clinical and scientific stakeholders and adapt KOL plans to country needs
• Provide medical and scientific expertise for external inquiries and cross-functional strategy
• Identify medical education needs and support training initiatives
• Collaborate with Clinical Teams to support recruitment and identify evidence gaps
• Provide medical information to HCPs and ensure regulatory compliance
• Contribute medical input to Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement activities
• Conduct medical reviews of regulatory texts when necessary (e.G., mSPCs, RMPs, ICDs)
• Support internal and external education initiatives and training programs

Responsabilità

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or similar field
• 3 to 5 years experience in MSL role
• Experience in immunological diseases in dermatology and/or respiratory therapeutic areas
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Ability to influence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with KOLs in Europe
• Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Travel up to 40% within country and region
