Descrizione:
We are looking for a professional figure to fill the role of Field Service Technician.
The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of company systems directly at the customer’s site.
He/She will provide operational, diagnostic, and troubleshooting technical support to ensure the proper functioning of the systems, in accordance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Activities
- Oversee the installation of new systems at the customer’s plant;
- Perform corrective/preventive maintenance and repairs on company systems at the customer’s plant;
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on work performed to share with the Service Team;
- Train plant operators on the use of company products;
- Support the R&D and engineering teams in resolving complex issues;
- Conduct tests/analyses on systems to provide statistics to colleagues of the development team;
- Serve as the point of contact between the Service Team and the customer.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in this role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Skill in using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting technical issues on complex test and burn‑in systems;
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear and understandable support;
- Ability to work independently and manage technical interventions based on customer needs.
