In this role, you will own Treatwell’s European payments strategy, turning strategic direction into measurable commercial growth across card machines, online payments, Tap to Pay, and embedded finance. You’ll lead the Stripe relationship and partner with cross-functional teams to embed payments into every stage of the customer lifecycle. You’ll define the European roadmap, pricing, and growth priorities, while building scalable playbooks and enablement for local markets. This is a high-impact, cross-market leadership role that shapes how Treatwell digitalises beauty businesses across Europe with a modern payments platform. competitive base salary and bonus location flexibility: Milan, Amsterdam or London tools and technology to do your best work opportunity to build and own a new growth engine Own and lead European payments strategy and commercial roadmap across multiple payment modalities Manage strategic relationship with Stripe at a European level, including joint planning and escalations Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, Legal and local markets to integrate payments into acquisition, onboarding, account management and retention Translate strategy into execution plans with owners, timelines and KPIs, removing blockers and driving accountability Drive growth in adoption, volume, wallet share, revenue and margin across Europe, including rollout of card machines and payment hardware Create scalable playbooks, pricing guidance, and sales narratives to boost on-ground payments adoption Significant experience in payments, fintech, embedded finance, SaaS, marketplaces, commercial strategy or product-led growth Strong understanding of online payments, card terminals, transaction fees, Tap to Pay, merchant services, capital or embedded finance Experience leading commercial strategy across multiple markets, ideally in a central or group-level role Proven experience managing strategic third-party relationships (Stripe, Adyen, Worldpay, SumUp, Square) Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases, commercial models and leadership updates Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority In this role, you will own Treatwell’s European payments strategy, turning strategic direction into measurable commercial growth across card… #J-18808-Ljbffr
