Experteer Overview
In this role you will join the Front End & Operations team to optimize data and post‑sales processes for B2B customers. You will support data management, handle post‑sales activities, and streamline flows between CRM, billing, and reporting systems. Your work will improve operational efficiency and service quality while collaborating with multiple functions. This is an opportunity to contribute to ENGIE’s decarbonization mission by ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and reliable customer support. You will engage with cross‑functional teams to drive practical improvements and enable scalable operations.

Direct customer interaction support and issue resolution
Oversee post‑sales activities: services activations, switches, terminations, transfers, quotations, and contract renewals
Manage master data: enter, verify, and update data across CRM, billing systems, and working files
Collaborate with commercial, operational, metering, and distributor functions to maintain workflow harmony
Document management and compliance support: VAT, Excise, GDPR, archiving, and regulatory checks
Produce and verify operational reports; analyze data for process improvements
Participate in process improvement initiatives to automate and rationalize systems
Support data security and system alignment across platforms
Responsabilità
Technical high school diploma or degree in economics or management
2–4 years in operational/post‑sales roles in energy & utilities, B2B preferred
Knowledge of CRM, billing, metering, reporting platforms, and data management
Data analysis and reporting skills; advanced Excel; Power BI and similar tools
Familiarity with VAT, Excise, and fiscal compliance processes
Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving and issue identification
Proficiency in English; French is a plus
