You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Specific responsibilities include the following:

As Fund Manager you will use experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help team perform and grow.

As the central point of contact for your accounts, capable of identifying and anticipating possible problem areas, you will be able to accurately measure potential risks, and, therefore you will be able to offer suitable solutions to the client and satisfy their overall needs.

You will handle the fund’s accounts, the preparation of periodic financial reports, regulatory reports, periodic Net Asset Value calculation and financial statements.

You will coordinate Investor servicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements;

You will coordinate tax returns and tax balances with tax partners;

You will manage the relationships with other service providers in the industry, auditors, law firms, banks and fund managers.

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a university degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.

You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, in particular Italian Real Estate Funds or Private Equity Funds (Contractual Funds and SICAFs).

Several years of experience in Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Financial Statements, Transfer Agent and Investor servicing, Tax compliance and Regulatory reporting.

Italian Fund Accounting background and experience is a must.

Experience with Consolidation and IFRS is an asset.

Experience with Real Estate Accounting tools like YARDI is an asset.

You possess team spirit and leadership.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
