Global Account Manager
As a Global Account Manager in our Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower business to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts while building strong customer relationships and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive success.
- Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities.
- Collaborate with the European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines to implement innovative, customer-tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales as an account manager – with experience supporting large, complex accounts in the semiconductor and/or home appliances market.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork and maintaining accountability to deliver results in a global environment.
- Proven ability to adapt, grow, and succeed within a large organizational structure.
- Ability to establish relationships from working level to C-level at customers.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
