Responsibilities

Ensuring accurate and timely management of corporate actions and income events for corporate and public issuers, delivering high-quality services to clients while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with market standards, and effective coordination with internal and external counterparts.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage daily Corporate Actions and income-related activities for companies and public issuers, including event reconciliation, instruction processing, and shareholder meeting support
  • Oversee client cash and securities accounts to ensure the correct settlement of Corporate Action events
  • Execute payments related to market claims for clients and counterparties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide operational support to clients by handling requests and complaints, offering clear explanations and effective solutions
  • Liaise with sub-custodians to investigate, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to Corporate Actions and incomes
  • Ensure proper documentation, monitoring, and follow‑up on events and exceptions to maintain service quality and risk control

Required Profile

Studies & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree Economics or related field
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes

Language skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts
  • English: B2

Technical, operational & Soft skills

  • Knowledge of “SWIFT MT56X” messages is considered a preferred qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and the use of formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively in diverse teams, collaborating successfully and managing interactions with multiple internal and external counterparties to achieve goals
  • Highly collaborative and collective mindset, with a proactive approach to contributing to common objectives, fostering knowledge sharing, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
  • High level of cooperation, openness, and interpersonal effectiveness in interactions with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders, building trust‑based relationships and facilitating constructive dialogue across different levels

Salary range

35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year
