Global Cybersecurity Operations Lead

Amplifon is seeking a Global Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day security operations across a multinational environment. You will coordinate SOC/MDR services, drive incident response, vulnerability management and security engineering, reporting to the Group CISO and partnering with global teams. The role requires 6–8 years in cybersecurity, leadership experience with MSSPs, and strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.
