Overview
En ABB Energy Industries, buscamos un profesional de marketing digital orientado al cliente con impacto global. Este es un rol altamente visible con foco en crecimiento digital, experiencia del cliente, descubrimiento en la era de la IA y optimización del rendimiento en líneas de negocio y regiones.
Relocation / Work Model
- Modelo de trabajo: remoto o híbrido.
- Ubicaciones preferidas dentro de zonas horarias Europeas o cercanas; aceptamos candidaturas desde cualquier ubicación.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global digital marketing growth roadmap for ABB Energy Industries.
- Improve customer journeys, website experience, landing pages and digital conversion paths.
- Strengthen SEO, GEO and AEO performance across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Use analytics and insights to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement and demand generation contribution.
- Establish scalable digital governance, processes and ways of working across hubs and business lines.
- Collaborate with agencies, digital teams and external partners to optimize digital execution.
- Translate business priorities into measurable digital marketing initiatives and performance plans.
- Drive innovation and adoption of AI-enabled digital marketing practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B digital marketing, digital growth or customer experience roles.
- Deep understanding of website optimization, paid media, SEO, GEO, AEO and digital analytics.
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
- Practical knowledge of AI-driven discoverability and answer-engine optimization.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation and digital performance measurement ecosystems.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
- Proactive, customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills.
