ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Copywriter at M+C Saatchi Europe, this will be at the heart of everything we ask of you.

From insight to execution, you’ll have the opportunity to work on both local and global projects for a variety of clients, primarily across the digital, food, and mobility sectors. You’ll demonstrate your ability to give each brand a distinctive voice and ensure every idea is brought to life through the most effective media and channels.

You’ll work closely alongside an Art Director (and if you have someone in mind, we’d love to hear about them) and collaborate with different teams depending on the project requirements. And because we’re Europe, that also means working with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and copy across integrated campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, and social.
  • Create engaging, social-first content, with a strong focus on food brands and consumer trends.
  • Manage projects from concept through to production, collaborating with internal teams, creators, and production partners.
  • Develop platform-specific content informed by social media trends and best practices, particularly on TikTok.
  • Support and oversee content shoots and production for digital and social campaigns.
  • Identify and leverage new creative formats, trends, and opportunities to deliver innovative work.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Contribute to local and global projects, communicating confidently in English.

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably within creative agencies with strong social and digital expertise.
  • Expertise in, or a genuine passion for, the food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns, ensuring creative solutions meet strategic and client requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including trends and best practices, with particular attention to TikTok.
  • The ability to manage all stages of a project, from concept development through to production, working closely with production companies and content creators.
  • Experience working on shoots and productions, particularly for digital and social campaigns.
  • A curious mindset, with a passion for exploring new formats and creative languages, and a strong out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent English proficiency (equivalent to C1 level).
