Overview As Head of FP&A for Supply Chain, you will lead regional FP&A across EMEA & APAC and coordinate global manufacturing finance. You will partner with Global SC leadership to drive cost optimization, investments, and operational transformation, ensuring end-to-end financial governance of supply chain economics. You’ll oversee planning, reporting, and performance across regions, and support strategic decisions with deep financial insight. Responsibilities Lead FP&A for Supply Chain across EMEA & APAC including budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning Oversee monthly performance reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis Ensure visibility on COGS, logistics, and inventory performance Act as trusted advisor to Regional SC Leads in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning Drive cost controlling and optimization initiatives across regions Maintain robust inventory management controls and working capital optimization Validate standard costs and production variances with plants and regional teams Coordinate Global Manufacturing consolidation of P&L and productivity initiatives Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs Lead and develop a distributed FP&A team across regions Qualifications 10+ years of FP&A / Controlling experience in multinational manufacturing, preferably FMCG/beverage Strong background in Supply Chain Finance and industrial controlling Experience in matrix organizations and cross-regional roles Experience with costing and performance analysis Degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering International work experience Fluent in English; second language is a plus Understanding of ERP and EPM systems Benefits base salary short-term incentive (STI) 20% variable compensation potential benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
