Global Media Lead

Experteer Overview

In this role you lead the Milan-based client team for a large global account, ensuring delivery excellence and strong client satisfaction. You will nurture cross‑functional relationships and coordinate with global counterparts to drive growth and profitability. You handle high‑stakes conversations, oversee campaigns and deliverables, and serve as the primary Italian market contact. You will shape strategic guidance and coordinate work with finance, data, and analytics to address client needs.

• Lead the Milan-based team and own the deliverables developed by the brand team
• Maintain daily coordination with Milan teams to monitor business status and address client issues
• Manage challenging conversations with clients, local markets, and leadership with professionalism

• Manage client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness
• Provide thought leadership by understanding client challenges and acting as a trusted advisor
• Build relationships with global counterparts across the agency network
• Identify growth opportunities for the client with the global client lead
• Collaborate with finance, data, and analytics
• Ensure work quality by delegating appropriately and escalating when needed
• Support the global client lead and step in as needed for global client requests
• Possibly contribute to quarterly all-market presentations and project tracking (GrowthOS)
• Maintain accountability for Publicis Media deliverables, including budget control and revenue discussions

Responsabilità

• 8+ years of agency experience
• History of client leadership roles
• Global/International experience preferred
• Understanding of the digital media ecosystem
• Experience managing other individuals
• Strategy background
• Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation
• Prior agency experience preferred;
  client experience acceptable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Data management ability to read and interpret data
• Project management skills
• Highly organized
• Strong communicator

• Adaptable;
  able to pivot
• Time management;
  optimize across tasks and regions
• English fluency required;
  Italian also required;
  French is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or country equivalent
