Panoramica We are searching for a business leader for one of our large global clients across our network. The client lead will deliver excellence in client account leadership, enabling team growth, profitability and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will deepen relationships, drive team excellence, and collaborate with global counterparts while being responsible for the core central team based in Milan.

The candidate must demonstrate strong client relationship‑management skills, establishing continuous and consistent communication—both formally and informally—to build a solid relationship of trust. Key responsibilities include being present in brand conversations, handling campaign briefings, development, reporting, billing, and ensuring seamless coordination with local team leads (e.g., eyewear and retail).

Additionally, the candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the Italian market, ensuring that client needs and requests are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsabilità This person will lead the Milan‑based team and be responsible for all deliverables produced by the brand team. Responsibilities include checking work before it goes to the client, daily coordination discussions in Milan, and resolving client issues on their behalf. They must possess the seniority to manage difficult conversations respectfully with clients, local markets, and leadership, and to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Specifically, You Will Be Responsible For

Be responsible for our global coordination team, supporting their growth and development.

Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responsiveness.

Provide thought leadership by deeply understanding client challenges and becoming a trusted advisor.

Build strong relationships with global counterparts across the agency network.

Support the global client lead in identifying opportunity areas for driving business growth.

Collaborate with other business functions such as finance, data, and analytics.

Take responsibility for the work produced by the teams and escalates on their behalf with clients or global teams.

Serve as a project manager, delegating to the right people while ensuring on‑time, accurate delivery. Assist in larger, future‑forward projects such as quarterly all‑market presentations and key project tracking.

Accountability for Publicis Media deliverables, including budget control, commercial and finance discussions, and revenue management.

Qualifiche

8+ years of agency experience

History of client leadership roles

Global/International experience (strongly preferred)

Understanding of the digital media ecosystem

Experience managing other individuals

FMCG or Food category experience (preferred but not required)

Strategy background

Familiarity with activation and financial reconciliation

Prior agency experience preferred; client experience acceptable

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of programs

Data management skills (ability to read and interpret data)

Project management skills

Highly organized

Strong communicator

Problem solver

Team player; willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done if needed

Adaptable; able to pivot

Time‑management; need to optimize working hours across tasks and regions

English fluency required; Italian also required for this global role

French is a nice to have

Bachelor's degree or country equivalent
