Global Retail Training Intern — Create, Engage & Impact

Amplifon is seeking a Global Retail Training Internship in Milan for a curricular 6‑month program starting September 2026. You will join the Global Retail Training Team to design training materials, create content, and craft communications for onboarding and performance programs across the Sales and Training community.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team, organize workshops, and support campaigns to foster engagement, measurement, and continuous improvement using GenAI tools and Canva.
