Experteer Overview In this GTM Manager role for the FX Trading community, you enable the Sales, Post‑Sales and cross‑functional teams to execute growth and retention initiatives. You serve as a bridge between SAM, business owners and customers, translating priorities into focused actions and learning resources. You provide market and domain insights, ensure effective product communication, and drive Voice of the Customer initiatives. This position offers visibility across a global financial markets platform and a hands‑on opportunity to shape FX growth strategies. Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end sales and retention strategy in FX with the SAM organization Serve as a center of excellence for product communication and knowledge sharing via forums and calls Maintain and update Trading FX internal pages and MS chats & channels Collaborate with Revenue Operations to implement data tracking, analytics and Voice of the Customer capture Create sales enablement, marketing and learning materials Partner with Learning & Development to ensure comprehensive training and certification programs for retention and growth initiatives Qualifications General understanding of FX user workflows (pre‑trade, trade, post‑trade) for buy‑side and sell‑side Understanding of key financial markets' trends Knowledge of AI frameworks and emerging industry trends/use cases Strong knowledge of LSEG Workspace and FX solutions Blend of strategic and operational skills with sales acumen Strong communication and presentation abilities Team player attitude Hands‑on expertise in MS Copilot, Excel and PPT Benefits Healthcare Retirement planning Paid volunteering days Well‑being initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
