Responsibilities Sales Administration Support Provide administrative support to a national sales team of 10+ members Assist with preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and proposals Coordinate RFQ/RFP documentation and submission processes Support scheduling of customer meetings and internal commercial reviews CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Track pipeline activity, customer interactions, and opportunity progression Manage and monitor sales trends through CRM reporting and pipeline analysis Ensure all sales activities are properly recorded to support forecasting and performance tracking Inside Sales & Lead Generation Support lead generation and prospecting activities Assist in qualifying opportunities and passing leads to the sales team Follow up on proposals and customer communications Contribute to pipeline development through structured outreach activities Sales Campaign Support Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales campaigns Monitor campaign performance and track lead generation outcomes Provide reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness Customer & Team Coordination Act as a key point of coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams Support onboarding of new customers and account setup processes Physical Requirements Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
