In this role you will lead the Travel Retail (GTR) strategy for the EMEA region, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth and brand presence. You will manage key accounts, negotiate with partners, and own the regional P&L while aligning with global objectives. You will shape regional plans and implement trade marketing and merchandising initiatives across airports, airlines, and cruise operators. This position offers impact through shaping distribution, partnerships, and performance in a high‑growth channel.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Develop and implement the regional Travel Retail strategy to grow sales and market share
Identify new business opportunities within duty‑free and travel retail channels (airports, cruise lines, inflight, etc.)
Set annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs with senior leadership
Lead the Perfect Store project to ensure execution excellence at priority airports
Manage relationships with key Travel Retail operators and retailers in EMEA
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and joint business planning with partners
Monitor sell‑in/sell‑out performance and optimize product assortment for profitability
Coordinate demand planning, supply chain, and inventory with internal teams
Collaborate with marketing/CCM teams to execute regional initiatives and ensure brand visibility
Own the regional P&L and develop the 3‑Year Strategic Plan and yearly budget
Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform decisions
Report KPIs and forecasts to global leadership
Build and mentor a high‑performing commercial team and foster a collaborative culture
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, CCM, finance, and operations to align strategies
Responsabilità
10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within Travel Retail, FMCG, Luxury, or Consumer Goods
Proven track record of regional P&L management and sales performance
Deep understanding of duty‑free and travel retail operations in EMEA
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills
Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural, matrixed environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Fluent in English
