As Head of Insurance Products, you will lead the insurance vertical and build a distribution capability from the ground up within a fast-growing FinTech. You’ll ensure commercially viable, regulatory‑compliant products that integrate smoothly with our platforms, partnering with product and commercial teams to shape value for Consumers, Merchants, and Employers. This is a high‑impact executive role in a culture that values ownership, bold decisions, and sustainable growth. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage broker and insurer relationships, and navigate regulatory requirements at scale.

• Drive Growth and Sales strategy for the insurance line and oversee product distribution in the market
