The purpose of this role is to ensure strategic alignment, effective coordination and high‑quality execution of Market Access activities across territory and Headquarter initiatives. The position acts as a strategic connector between HQ and Field, translating national Market Access strategy into consistent regional execution, while bringing field insights back to headquarters to inform decision‑making and priorities. The role is responsible for coordinating regional Market Access teams, governing cross‑functional and headquarter‑led projects, and supporting the organization in the delivery of sustainable access outcomes, operational excellence and long‑term value creation. Through strong leadership, project ownership and stakeholder management, the role reinforces coherence, efficiency and impact of Market Access activities nationwide. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee Regional Market Access activities, ensuring alignment with national strategy and consistency of execution Act as strategic interface between Headquarter and Field Market Access teams, translating strategy into operational priorities Lead and coordinate HQ-driven Market Access strategic projects and national initiatives Support and guide Regional Market Access teams in stakeholder management and regional execution Ensure effective roll‑out and adoption of Market Access tools, frameworks and processes at territorial level Collect, analyze and consolidate field insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for HQ Support Budget, Forecast and business planning activities related to Market Access initiatives Monitor progress, performance and risks of field activities and strategic projects, proposing corrective actions Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Tender, Medical and Finance Qualifications At least 5+ years of expertise in market access/pricing within pharmaceutical industry and/or consultancy agencies Graduate and postgraduate in pharmaceutical industry (or similar) Knowledge of Generics and Biosimilars market a distinct advantage Solid experience in Market Access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Good command of Italian and English (written and spoken) Knowledge of reimbursement processes and health technology assessment (HTA). Experience in preparing value dossiers and engaging in payer negotiations. Solid understanding of pricing, reimbursement pathways and institutional stakeholder dynamics at national and regional level Demonstrated ability to coordinate, support and influence regional Market Access teams on a continuous basis Experience leading and supporting HQ driven strategic projects requiring close on site collaboration with the field High availability and flexibility to travel frequently for extended periods, required to effectively support territorial activities, stakeholder engagement and project implementation Rewards We offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme).
