In this role you shape ING's Private Banking offering for high‑value clients, working to differentiate the Private segment from standard Wealth services. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, align marketing and operations, and drive data‑driven decisions to deliver a best‑in‑class client and advisor experience. You partner with Sales, CIO, Digital, and Product to deliver distinctive solutions and campaigns. This position combines strategy, analytics, and execution in a hybrid Milan setting with broad impact on growth and positioning.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Define and lead development of the Private Banking offering for the Private segment, extending beyond standard Wealth products
Lead performance analytics and business case tracking for PBWM initiatives
Integrate Customer Intelligence into segment decision‑making and planning
Monitor campaign performance, client behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Ensure operational support for advisory and servicing processes; liaise between PBWM, Operations, IT
Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of segment initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Develop PBWM segment marketing plan and create materials for client engagement and advisor activity
Contribute to commercial steering through lead management, campaign design, and performance tracking
Collaborate with PBWM Sales network on tools, materials, and initiatives enabling commercial growth
Represent the segment in cross‑departmental governance forums
Lead the design and delivery of dedicated Private Banking products and services, including exclusive solutions and personalized offerings
Ensure offering is competitive, differentiating, and aligned with ING's positioning
Responsabilità
8–10+ years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Strategy, Segment Management, or related areas
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Experience in roles involving commercial steering, analytics, marketing, or business development
Proven track record delivering cross‑functional initiatives
Deep understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management value chains
Strong analytical capability: performance analytics, forecasting, and business case building
Solid knowledge of investment products and advisory models
Familiarity with customer journeys, digital channels, CRM, and lead management
Experience in marketing or communication within banking/financial context is a plus
