Head of Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Management who will lead the coordination of portfolio management activities and actively contribute to defining investment strategies.

• Direct management of investment portfolios, with ongoing monitoring of performance against relevant benchmarks;
• Active and proactive participation in the Investment Committee to define asset allocation strategies;
• Coordination, supervision and professional development of the team.

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or related fields;
• In-depth knowledge of investment management and key financial instruments;
• Proven track record in the analysis of financial markets and global macroeconomic dynamics;
• Previous experience and relevant track record in similar roles;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with end customers are considered a significant advantage;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills;
• CFA Charter or having passed one level of the CFA Program will be considered a plus.

Brilliant decision-making abilities, along with strong interpersonal communication skills and commercial acumen, complete the profile.
