Head of Portfolio Management
We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Management who will lead the coordination of portfolio management activities and actively contribute to defining investment strategies.
Responsibilities
Direct management of investment portfolios, with ongoing monitoring of performance against relevant benchmarks;
Active and proactive participation in the Investment Committee to define asset allocation strategies;
Coordination, supervision and professional development of the team.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or related fields;
In-depth knowledge of investment management and key financial instruments;
Proven track record in the analysis of financial markets and global macroeconomic dynamics;
Previous experience and relevant track record in similar roles;
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with end customers are considered a significant advantage;
Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills;
CFA Charter or having passed one level of the CFA Program will be considered a plus.
Brilliant decision-making abilities, along with strong interpersonal communication skills and commercial acumen, complete the profile.
