What You’ll Be Doing
As the Head of Wealth Operations you will operationalise and scale the delivery of our B2B wealth coaching service, ensuring quality, efficiency and growth. This role includes:
- Operationalise the channel – design, implement and continuously improve the processes, workflows and tools that enable our team of financial coaches to deliver high‑quality coaching at scale.
- Build and lead the team – hire, onboard, train and manage a growing team of financial coaches and trainers, define the training model and build internal capabilities to reduce dependency on external providers.
- Own operational KPIs – define and monitor the metrics that matter: NPS, number of coaching sessions delivered, team capacity and productivity.
- Ensure service quality – translate regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes, scripts, workflows and controls to support the evolution of the financial training model.
- Partner with Business & Tech – collaborate with Growth and Tech teams on CRM set‑up and tooling to support service delivery and client management.
Who We’re Looking For
- Solid operations management background – process design, workflow optimisations, capacity planning and flawless execution.
- Proven people management experience – a track record of hiring, training and coaching high‑performing teams.
- Pragmatic, implementation‑oriented mindset – a hands‑on builder who simply gets things done.
- Financial industry fluency – a basic understanding of wealth and financial services.
- CRM & Tech savviness – familiarity with CRM systems and the vision to leverage them operationally.
- Regulatory translation – ability to convert complex regulatory and compliance requirements into practical team workflows.
- Strategic planning exposure – experience in strategic planning or business development is a distinct plus.

Compensation
Initial salary: Starting from €80,000 gross per annum. The final package is tailored to your experience and expertise.
