In this HR Business Partner role, you will act as HR interface to the business, guiding daily HR operations and employee relations. You will partner with leadership to empower teams, support organizational changes, and drive HR plans and policies. You will collaborate on leadership development, recruitment, and special projects to optimize people-related outcomes. This position offers autonomy in a multinational manufacturing environment with a focus on risk mitigation and cost optimization.

  • Oversee daily HR operations and serve as the main interface to the business
  • Manage HR matters and industrial relations for employees
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities and support BU/teams
  • Collaborate with L&D on leadership empowerment initiatives
  • Support implementation of special projects for specific business contexts with Line Managers and HR team
  • Assist with organizational changes, mitigate people-related risks, and cost optimization
  • Organize and manage internal and external recruitment and induction processes
  • Deliver HR plans, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with VP Director to resolve HR issues and propose countermeasures

Responsabilità

  • Min 3 years as HR Plant or HR Business Partner in a multinational or complex manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor in Legal or Economic
  • Strong experience in Industrial Relations
  • Leadership mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal relationships across organization levels
  • Negotiation skills and ability to lead projects and people
  • Italian native, English fluent
