Experteer Overview
As Senior HR BP, you partner with Italy leadership and senior teams to translate business goals into people plans that boost organizational performance. You will shape cross‑functional HR strategies for Italy, and contribute to the broader EMEA and global People Blueprint. The role blends hands‑on HR delivery with strategic advisory, in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work closely with shared services on payroll and admin, influence key stakeholders, and drive a high‑performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Italy leadership and senior partners to drive people and organizational performance and develop the team
- Implement and monitor the Italy and EMEA/Global People Blueprint through short and long‑term plans
- Coordinate with Dyson shared services for end‑to‑end payroll and admin support
- Lead talent acquisition with Centers of Expertise to hire for present and future needs
- Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and career pathing for key roles
- Support performance management and coach leaders to set clear goals, provide feedback and development
- Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Analyze data to extract insights and present findings to the business
- Deliver results and drive employee engagement across the function
Qualifications
- Degree calibre, CIPD, high HR professional credentials
- 3–5 years as a true HR generalist in a global, matrixed organisation
- HR partnering experience with senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Italian labour law
- Excellent relationship‑building across senior leaders and networks
- Results‑driven with resilience in ambiguity and opposition
- Change management experience with capability to drive organisational change
- Experience in entrepreneurial culture, speed, pragmatism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage multiple projects
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Open, practical, and pragmatic with energy and pace
- Resilient and tough when faced with setbacks
