We're excited to announce we have a great opportunity for an HR Manager to join our Global People Team here at Domestic & General.
In this role, they will manage end to end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient, compliant and people-focused HR delivery. Partnering closely with business leaders and employees, they will provide expert HR guidance, manage employee relations matters and drive continuous improvement across our HR processes and systems.
Combining operational excellence with a strategic mindset, they will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience, supporting organisational effectiveness and helping to deliver scalable HR solutions across our European operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Partnering with leaders to provide expert HR advice and resolve employee relations matters.
Overseeing payroll, reward processes and HR data accuracy.
Driving HR transformation through process improvement, automation and digitalisation.
Supporting consistent HR governance and compliance across multiple European markets.
Using people data and insights to influence decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and retain great talent.
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external HR partners.
What You’ll Bring
Strong knowledge of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
A good understanding of Italian employment law, with wider European HR knowledge an advantage.
Experience of HR systems, people data and reporting.
Knowledge of payroll and reward processes.
Strong employee relations and HR advisory skills.
A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying processes and driving efficiency.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
A collaborative, flexible approach with a passion for developing people and delivering great employee experiences.
