As HR Manager, you will own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle to deliver an outstanding employee experience. You’ll partner with business leaders to provide expert guidance, manage employee relations, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. You’ll support governance and compliance across multiple European markets while leveraging people data to inform decisions. Manage HR operations across the full employee lifecycle to ensure a superior employee experience Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and resolve employee relations matters Oversee payroll, reward processes and HR data accuracy Drive HR transformation through process improvement, automation and digitalisation Support consistent HR governance and compliance across multiple European markets Use people data and insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire and retain talent Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external HR partners Responsabilità

Strong knowledge of HR operations across the employee lifecycle Understanding of Italian employment law; broader European HR knowledge is advantageous Experience with HR systems, people data and reporting Knowledge of payroll and reward processes Strong employee relations and HR advisory skills Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of simplifying processes and driving efficiency Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, discretion with sensitive matters Collaborative, flexible approach with a passion for developing people and employee experience
