HR People Manager Coordinator - IT Talent & Onboarding

ALTEN Italia seeks a People Manager Coordinator to support the IT division in managing consultants. You will play a vital role in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive all necessary tools and information for their first day. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law, and 5-7 years of experience in HR management, ideally in IT consulting. You will also be responsible for developing new HR strategies and managing a team of people managers. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus. The position offers a permanent contract with a salary package of €40k - €47k plus bonuses.
