Human Capital Lead
Reporting to:
Chief of Staff
Purpose:
The Human Capital Lead is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the full personnel life-cycle, with a strong emphasis on counselling, development, and wellbeing. The role acts as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and individual growth, while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Personnel Life-Cycle Management
Assist in managing the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding (excluding payroll activities)Provide guidance and counselling to employees during key career moments such as onboarding, role transitions, promotions, and exitsFacilitate structured onboarding and integration processes, ensuring new employees receive adequate support and regular follow-ups
2. Employee Counselling & Support
Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing confidential support and advice on work-related mattersOffer counselling on topics such as performance challenges, workplace relationships, career development, and organizational changesPromote a culture of trust, psychological safety, and open communication across the organizationIdentify potential issues affecting employee wellbeing and proactively provide support or escalate when appropriate

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital rolesProven experience in employee relations, counselling, or talent developmentFamiliarity with HR systems and reporting toolsKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
