Descrizione:
We are looking for a senior professional to work as focal point at Monteresearch site, reporting and working strongly together with the brazilian main headquarter (EMS Pharmaceutical).
Main HR activities
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching and guidance on people-related decisions;
Support leadership in conflict resolution and employee relations;
Guide managers on team management, performance, and accountability;
Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Map business and workforce needs in partnership with leaders;
Define and review job profiles and competency requirements;
Support recruitment and hiring decisions, ensuring quality and cultural fit;
Monitor and manage recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, early turnover).
3. Performance Management
Implement and manage performance management cycles;
Ensure alignment of individual and team goals with business objectives;
Support leaders in performance evaluations and continuous feedback practices.
4. Organizational Development & Learning
Identify training and development needs aligned with business priorities;
Design and monitor development paths by role or function;
Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
5. Organizational Climate & Engagement
Coordinate employee engagement and climate surveys;
Diagnose results and build action plans with leadership;
Support talent retention strategies and critical talent management;
Promote and enhance Employee Experience initiatives.
6. Job Architecture, Compensation & Organizational Structure
Support job descriptions, role leveling, and organizational design;
Participate in internal movement processes (promotions, transfers, mobility);
Ensure alignment with compensation policies and internal equity.
7. Labor Relations & Compliance
Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee movements;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective agreements;
Act as an interface between employees, leadership, and HR centers of expertise.
Requirements
Solid experience as HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in strategic and generalist Human Resources roles;
Knowledge of Italian labor legislation and labor relations practices;
Experience in internal HR Business Partner consulting, supporting leadership and business strategy;
Desirable experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or large corporate environments;
Desirable experience working within matrix organizational structures.
