I'M IN is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking. What you’ll be doing You will support the Global Credit Trading team within the Credit Derivatives & Certificates Trading desk, contributing to the development of systematic credit trading strategies with a focus on algorithmic trading and macro‑hedging. You will have the opportunity to support the following activities: Support development and testing of algorithmic trading strategies Monitor effectiveness of financial instruments for risk management Oversee automated trading strategies on corporate bonds Analyse market data and strategy performance Deepen knowledge of credit markets and derivatives Support daily desk activities and analysis Who we are looking for If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you: 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or M&A is a plus Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or similar Python for quantitative analysis Knowledge of financial data analysis Knowledge of credit markets and derivatives Knowledge of Bloomberg or ML tools International experience is a plus What we offer Gross annual salary starting from €40,000 The Group provides a performance‑related variable component in line with the Group’s Remuneration Policies available on the Group website.
