Nice to have

  • Docker Compose, Kubernetes experience or having created a docker-compose.yml
  • Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) even free tier
  • Interest in streaming and real‑time technologies (OBS, SRT, WebRTC, FFmpeg)
  • Interest in applied AI: local inference, LLMs, audio pipelines
  • Personal homelab, Raspberry Pi projects, or a VPS hosting your projects
  • Personal GitHub projects or open source contributions

  • Milan, Via Dezza 25, laptop and tools provided
  • Working with real products in production at international events
  • Small team where the CEO/CTO codes alongside

Honestly

  • No large corporate cafeteria, team of 30, or logo, just a small, real technical team
  • Immediate product use, quick decision making, and the chance to see your code in international events
  • If you want a big logo, discuss in a few years; if you want substance, join now
