Inside Sales – Milan

Location: Milan

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with and support a defined customer base
  • Grow sales opportunities
  • Provide price and delivery quotes
  • Follow up quotes; process orders and monitor shipments to customers
  • Systematically develop the sales area and build new customer relationships
  • Maintain a high quality of work for customers
  • Close teamwork with Outside Sales
  • Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer activities
  • Develop, learn, and grow as an individual and as a successful TTI employee
Qualifications
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Experience in Inside Sales or similar position, e.g., sales assistant, customer service
  • Experience in maintaining existing customer base; winning new customers
  • Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
  • Accurate and good at working with numerical data
  • Tenacious, outgoing, and team-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels
  • Experience in the electronic, distribution or financial sector is advantageous
