Inside Sales – Milan
Location: Milan
Responsibilities- Liaise with and support a defined customer base
- Grow sales opportunities
- Provide price and delivery quotes
- Follow up quotes; process orders and monitor shipments to customers
- Systematically develop the sales area and build new customer relationships
- Maintain a high quality of work for customers
- Close teamwork with Outside Sales
- Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer activities
- Develop, learn, and grow as an individual and as a successful TTI employee
- Fluent Italian and English
- Experience in Inside Sales or similar position, e.g., sales assistant, customer service
- Experience in maintaining existing customer base; winning new customers
- Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
- Accurate and good at working with numerical data
- Tenacious, outgoing, and team-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with people at all levels
- Experience in the electronic, distribution or financial sector is advantageous
