As an Insurance Specialist at ABB Robotics, you will support global insurance governance and manage multiple programs across regions. You’ll develop centralized data processes to enable risk insights and help align local policies with Group strategies. Insurance Data Management & Analytics: gather and analyze data across programs and establish centralized storage for analytics and cross-unit communication. Insurance Program Support: renew and implement local policies and Group programs, aligning with global risk strategies while meeting regional needs. Policy & Premium Assurance: review policy documents and invoices for accuracy and compliance. Risk & Claims Insights: analyze claims trends to identify risk patterns and inform mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Advisory & Support: advise business teams on insurance questions and manage requests for certificates and documentation. Insurance Projects & Transformation: participate in process optimization, digitalization, and AI/automation initiatives. Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in industrial/manufacturing context Proven data management and data analysis experience with insurance data Solid understanding of core insurance products, underwriting concepts, and risk management Familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements in insurance, or willingness to develop Experience with insurance projects, process improvements, or digitalization is a plus Strong analytical mindset, proactive and independent work style with collaborative approach Fluent English communication across multiple locations
