Integration Consultant - Workday Success Plans

About the Team The Workday Success Plans Team supports customers in their post‑Go‑Live journey. We deliver programs and services ranging from feature demonstrations to full feature deployments, helping clients extract maximum value from their Workday applications. About the Role Do you enjoy learning new things in a fast‑paced environment? Are you a great communicator who can articulate complex solutions? As a member of the Workday Success Plans team, you will serve as a trusted Workday advisor, engaging with customers through micro‑consulting engagements to solve business challenges, provide configuration guidance, conduct troubleshooting, and deliver feature demonstrations. Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts. Deliver small‑scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, and best‑practice tips. Troubleshoot product configuration and optimize settings to meet customer business requirements. Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively. Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars). Provide one‑on‑one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator). Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews). Maintain product expertise and Workday certification, staying familiar with the Workday roadmap. Keep up to date with industry practices and engage customers on these topics. Contribute to the creation of new programs that drive customer feature adoption.

Additional Services

Office Hours: conduct appointment‑based consulting engagements. Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables calling out optimization opportunities. Provide one‑on‑one customer configuration designs. Deploy full Workday features. Ability to travel up to 20%.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of IT implementation experience. 3+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems, including but not limited to Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards. 2+ years of software consulting experience. Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German.

Additional Qualifications

Workday certification or ability to certify in at least one of the following: Integrations, Studio, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Cloud Connect for Third‑Party Payroll. Capability to grasp new Workday concepts as releases occur. Skill to distill complex concepts into clear presentations for customers. Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously. Strong critical‑thinking skills to resolve technical process issues and influence decision‑making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement (EU Locations Only) Primary Location Base Pay Range: €54,800 – €82,200 per year (Netherlands)Additional Location Base Pay Range: €46,000 – €69,000 per year (Italy) Flexible Work Workday embraces hybrid work.
