INTEGRATION & INTERFACE MANAGER - MILAN
- Lead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors
- Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
- Coordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third‑party infrastructures
- Support the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements
- Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan
- Establish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures
- Facilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie‑ins, and hook‑up activities
- Monitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface parties
- Ensure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages
- Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress
- Identify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities
- Coordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
- At least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client‑side Interface Management roles
- Proven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes
- Experience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies
- Knowledge of risk‑based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface‑related clauses
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
