INTEGRATION & INTERFACE MANAGER - MILAN

• Lead interface management activities across multiple project packages and contractors
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations teams
• Coordinate interfaces between onshore, offshore, subsea, pipeline, utility, and third‑party infrastructures
• Support the successful delivery of projects in line with schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements
• Develop and implement the Project Interface Management Plan
• Establish and maintain the Interface Register, Issues Log, and interface control procedures
• Facilitate interface meetings with EPC/EPIC contractors, licensors, vendors, and client teams
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction sequences, tie‑ins, and hook‑up activities
• Monitor technical documentation, drawings, and data exchange between interface parties
• Ensure design changes are properly communicated and implemented across all affected packages
• Integrate interface milestones into the master project schedule and monitor progress
• Identify interface risks, propose mitigation plans, and support dispute resolution related to interface responsibilities
• Coordinate with authorities, joint venture partners, utility providers, host facilities, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
• At least 5 years of experience in PMC or Client‑side Interface Management roles
• Proven experience in EPC/EPIC project execution involving offshore, subsea, pipeline, and onshore facilities
• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and project delivery processes
• Experience with interface management tools and integrated project execution methodologies
• Knowledge of risk‑based interface management and complex stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC contract structures, particularly interface‑related clauses
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
