Social Media & Event Intern Duration: 6 months, starting 14th September 2026. Type: Full‑time, Hybrid work model. Student status required. Responsibilities Assist in creating engaging social media content and collaborate on strategies to grow the audience and increase engagement. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting and engagement in partnership with agencies. Track and report on social media performance, monitor interactions, and support influencer collaborations. Contribute to the exploration and implementation of live selling models for e-commerce. Assist with event management and logistics, including venue coordination, production, and on‑site or virtual support. Support event promotion through social media, email marketing, and internal communications, and assist with post‑event follow‑up. Qualifications Current student in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field with strong passion for digital marketing, social media, and event management. Familiarity with major social media platforms, their trends, and basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence using the Office Suite. Curiosity and interest in live selling models in e‑commerce. Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus, as is personal content creation. Italian language knowledge is a requirement. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: €24,400 – €33,600 per annum. Base pay may vary depending on location, skills, and experience. Total compensation may include a target bonus, restricted stock units (as applicable), and benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan eligibility, paid time off, wellbeing, and parental leave.
