About the Position
Location: Milan

What You’ll Do
Strategic Insight
: Identify and report on key indicators of sales performance, using findings to set the strategic agenda for the entire sales organization.
Business Planning
: Assist through every stage of the fiscal year planning cycle—including designing territory models and implementing sales quotas.
Market Analysis
: Conduct market segmentation and pipeline analysis to uncover next big opportunities.
Executive Storytelling
: Package complex findings into high‑impact presentation‑ready content for senior Salesforce executives.
Operational Transformation
: Participate in strategic initiatives and scalable analytics projects that streamline sales processes and coverage models.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to establish global reporting standards and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
Education & Eligibility
: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a Milan‑based university, expected graduation 2027.
Internship Agreement
: Ability to sign a University Agreement Tirocinio Curriculare with your school for the full 10‑month duration.
Language Skills
: Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written) required.

Academic Focus: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Internship Details & Benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Morning or Afternoon slots available)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
