Internal Account Manager – Service Contracts

The Internal Account Manager will be part of a team of professionals dedicated to selling services contracts and other maintenance packs, mainly on the phone.

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo services contracts and packs;
• managing inbound leads (analyzing the clients’ needs, preparing quotations / participating in tenders, negotiating, closing the deals);
• identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio;
• proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
• working with Sales Manager on complex deals;
• being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints

What You Need to Succeed

• Technical diploma (in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields)
• At least 3 years of B2B remote sales experience (preferably as Internal sales/Telesales) in technical environment/products/engineering
• Intermediate/advanced level of English (spoken/written)
• good knowledge of MS Office;
• proactive and goal‑oriented attitude;
• excellent negotiation skills.
• SAP CRM knowledge is a plus
• Based in Milano and neighborhood; possibility to work remotely

Benefits

The position offers a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €30,000 to €40,000, which will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience in the role. Additional bonuses tied to company and individual performance, a benefits package, and meal vouchers are also provided.
