We’re looking for an Internal Audit & ERM Intern to join our Group function and work closely with the Internal Audit & ERM Manager in a dynamic, international environment.

Internal Audit is an independent function that helps organizations achieve their goals by improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.

In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to how business processes operate across different countries and functions.

You’ll mainly focus on the European area and actively contribute to both audit and risk management activities, building a practical understanding of how control frameworks work in a global organization.

• Support audit activities across different countries, covering business, operational, and financial processes
• Learn and apply Internal Audit methodology (planning, testing, and reporting)
• Assist in testing the design and effectiveness of internal controls
• Contribute to the collection, analysis, and documentation of audit evidence
• Support the preparation of clear and structured audit reports and presentations
• Help monitor and follow up on remediation actions agreed with management
• Contribute to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including risk identification and assessment
• Support the preparation of risk dashboards and reporting for management

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• A collaborative mindset and ability to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of English
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Nice to have: knowledge of Internal Audit standards

Location: Milan
