International HR Learning Specialist - French Speaker

• Definition of the budget and related forecasts in compliance with the company’s authorization cycles and established guidelines
• Collaboration with managers to identify training needs and develop necessary training plans
• Design and implementation of training programs with particular attention to mandatory training
• Evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and analysis of results
• Monitoring training activities and reporting on defined KPIs
• Coordination with external providers for organizing courses and workshops
• Promotion of a learning culture within the organization
• Feeding and updating training information within company systems

• Education: A degree in humanities, psychology, or human resources management; a master’s degree in training or HR will be considered a plus.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, especially in complex organizations with multiple locations in Italy and abroad. International experience will be considered a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and French is mandatory. Knowledge of Portuguese is an additional asset.
• IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package; knowledge of SAP for monitoring and reporting HR processes is preferred. Familiarity with an LMS (Learning Management System), preferably Oracle, is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Autonomy, active listening, ability to identify others’ needs, negotiation, organization, and accuracy.
