Overview

In this field-based role, you will act as the scientific lead for oncology programs across Italy, Israel, Turkey, and Greece. You’ll support trial sites with education, medical information, and strategic engagement to help patient recruitment and trial execution. You will provide credible disease-area insights, facilitate compliant scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs, and report field intelligence to inform program strategy. This is a science‑led, cross‑border position that drives trial success through expert site partnerships and timely data. You will work within a fast‑paced environment to advance a first‑in‑class oncology approach. Key Responsibilities

Provide field‑based medical support to oncology programs at clinical trial sites. Deliver credible presentations on disease area and investigational therapies to investigators and site staff. Engage with sites to identify and address barriers to patient recruitment and screening. Collaborate with site management and monitoring teams to support site initiation and ongoing engagement. Facilitate compliant scientific exchange with HCPs and KOLs. Capture and report field intelligence on protocol feedback, treatment landscape, and competitor activity. Represent the program at scientific meetings, advisory boards, and congresses. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of disease area, assets, and relevant clinical data. Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree: MD, PhD, or PharmD (strongly preferred) Minimum 2 years’ experience as an MSL or in a scientific/medical role Oncology experience, ideally solid tumors Fluent in Italian and English; additional fluency in Greek, Turkish, or Hebrew is a plus Willingness to travel across the assigned territory Valid driver’s license
